Delicious spinach casserole with buckwheat

Spinach casserole is an excellent lunch or dinner meal. The casserole with buckwheat, spinach and egg is wholesome and is perfectly rounded off with quark and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 200 g buckwheat
  • Salt, to taste
  • 50 g cheese
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g spinach
  • pepper,r to taste
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the buckwheat in salted water.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse cheese grater and mix with the quark.
  3. Chop the onions into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.
  4. Add the spinach to the onions and leave covered for a few minutes .
  5. Mix the buckwheat with the quark cheese mixture, onions and spinach.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and crack the middle
  8. 2 eggs.
  9. Cook the casserole for 20-25 minutes at 190 ° C Bake in a preheated oven.
