Ingredients

  • 300 g prawns, peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • parsley, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • chili flakes, to taste
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • salt, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • pan
  • spatula
  • skewer Canapes

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
  • Fry the garlic in a hot pan with olive oil over a medium heat.
  • Add the prawns and chili flakes to the garlic and sauté for about 4 minutes.
  • Deglaze with the white wine and simmer a little
  • Season the prawns to taste.
  • Roughly chop the parsley and sprinkle over the prawns.
  • Serve the prawns with a wooden skewer as tapas.
  • Baguette or bruschetta with tomatoes goes well with this.
