Delicious plum jam with sugar for breakfast

The plum jam is simply delicious made from fresh, sweet plums and should not be missing from the breakfast table. The jam tastes delicious both on bread and in sweet pastries and brings a fruity treat in late summer!

Ingredients

  • 500g plums
  • 500g sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and stone the plums.
  2. Crush the fruit with a hand blender.
  3. Put in a saucepan with the sugar.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Approx. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Pour the hot plum jam into clean jars.
  7. Cover the lids.
  8. After the jam has cooled, refrigerate.
