Ingredients

  • 1 onion, small
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 150ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Met the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it until translucent.
  3. Stir in the flour and sauté briefly.
  4. Stir in the milk and stir until you have a homogeneous sauce.
  5. Stir the mustard into the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Boil, peel and quarter the eggs.
  7. Season the mustard sauce with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the mustard celebration with the Easter menu.
