Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 300-500ml water
  • 1½ tbsp flour
  • 750ml milk
  • Salt, to taste

Utensils

  • vegetable peeler
  • knife
  • pot
  • spatula

Instructions

  1. Peel and rinse the onions, potatoes and carrots.
  2. Finely dice the onion.
  3. Cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
  4. Met the butter in a saucepan.
  5. Sauté the onions in it for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  6. Place the potatoes and carrots in the saucepan, pour in the water and bring to the boil.
  7. Cook the vegetables over a low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Mix the flour with the milk and add to the soup, stirring.
  9. Salt to taste and pepper.
  10. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Pour the finished milk soup into soup bowls or plates.
  12. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve the soup hot.
