Delicious milk soup with potatoes, carrots and onions
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 300-500ml water
- 1½ tbsp flour
- 750ml milk
- Salt, to taste
Utensils

Instructions
- Peel and rinse the onions, potatoes and carrots.
- Finely dice the onion.
- Cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
- Met the butter in a saucepan.
- Sauté the onions in it for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Place the potatoes and carrots in the saucepan, pour in the water and bring to the boil.
- Cook the vegetables over a low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the flour with the milk and add to the soup, stirring.
- Salt to taste and pepper.
- Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the finished milk soup into soup bowls or plates.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve the soup hot.
