A delicious dessert with an intense chocolate flavor can be prepared in just 20 minutes. Everyone will be able to conjure up delicious brownies from the microwave. Simply whisk the ingredients together and cook in the microwave for a few minutes. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!

Ingredients

150g butter, + extra for brushing
75g chocolate
1 pinch of salt
200g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
65g cocoa
2 eggs
50g flour

Instructions

Brush a small rectangular glass, silicone or ceramic baking dish.
Chop or grate the chocolate.
Dice the butter, melt in the microwave within 25-30 seconds.
Let cool slightly, transfer to a bowl add.
Add the salt, sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa.
Mix well with a mixer.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
As soon as the mixture is fluffy and homogeneous, add the flour and chocolate.
Mix everything well .
Pour the batter into the mould.
Cook the brownies in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes at the highest setting.
Let the brownies cool down and cut into pieces.
