Delicious fried apples in caramel sauce with sesame
Ingredients
- 1-2 apples
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 90 g cornstarch
- 3 tsp water
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil, approx. 300 ml for frying
- 150 g sugar
- sesame, to taste
- cinnamon, optional
Utensils

Instructions
- Peel the apples, core, dice roughly and roll in flour on all sides.
- Heat 300 ml of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
- Mix the cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of water and egg into a thick batter.
- Drunk the apples in the batter in pieces Pull out and fry in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Then drain the apples on kitchen paper.
- Sugar, 1 teaspoon water and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan and heat for about 6-8 minutes at low temperature let simmer until the caramel is ready.
- Finally, pour the caramel over the fried apples and mix together.
- Sprinkle fried apples with sesame seeds and cinnamon before serving and enjoy warm.
A deep fryer would be ideal for this apple dessert!
