Delicious cupcakes with banana and vanilla cream
Ingredients
Dough
- 110 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Ginger, ground
- ½ tsp cardamom, ground
- 2 bananas, ripe
Cream
- 240g cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g powdered sugar

Instructions
Prepare the batter
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Line the baking tray with 15-18 muffin cups.
- Mix the softened butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
- Continue to beat, alternating fold in the eggs.
- Add the crème fraîche and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Sieve the flour and mix with the baking powder and spices.
- Give the dry ingredients little by little to the liquid ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Bananas into one with a fork Mash the purée.
- Add to the batter and mix well again.
- Fill the ramekins ¾ full with the batter.
- Put the muffins in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Cream Prepare

- Pour the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled muffins.
- Place the finished cupcakes on a plate and serve with tea or coffee.
To make the cupcakes look even more delicious, they can be garnished with banana slices.
