Delicious cupcakes with banana and vanilla cream

These delicious with bananas and vanilla cream have a fruity taste and are very juicy. The many spices in the dough harmonize perfectly with the fresh topping of delicate cream. First, the ingredients for the dough are mixed together and muffins are baked. The cream is just as easy to prepare by simply mixing the ingredients and whisking until creamy. Put together, the pastry is really delicious and festive at the same time.

- 110 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Ginger, ground
- ½ tsp cardamom, ground
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 240g cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g powdered sugar

Prepare the batter
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Line the baking tray with 15-18 muffin cups.
- Mix the softened butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
- Continue to beat, alternating fold in the eggs.
- Add the crème fraîche and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Sieve the flour and mix with the baking powder and spices.
- Give the dry ingredients little by little to the liquid ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Bananas into one with a fork Mash the purée.
- Add to the batter and mix well again.
- Fill the ramekins ¾ full with the batter.
- Put the muffins in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Then remove and allow to cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese and melted butter in a bowl.

- Add the vanilla extract and whisk again.
- Give the icing sugar into the cream little by little without breaking the mixer ppen.
- Pour the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled muffins.
- Place the finished cupcakes on a plate and serve with tea or coffee.
To make the cupcakes look even more delicious, they can be garnished with banana slices.
