Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • 55 g almond flour
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 500 g puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 110 g flaked almonds
  • icing sugar, to taste

Instructions
