Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml water
  • sugar, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetable oil, to taste
  • chocolate sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until desired consistency.
  3. Then add some oil to the pan.
  4. Fry the crepes on both sides.
  5. Serve with chocolate sauce and fresh raspberries.
