Delicious cottage cheese casserole with pineapple
Ingredients
- 75 g butter, + something for brushing
- 500 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 ml milk
- 100 g semolina
- 400 g canned pineapple

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a round casserole dish with butter.
- Put the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk together.
- Melt the butter.
