Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 250 g Greek natural yoghurt
  • 12 chocolate chips, small
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 250 g berries, raspberries or other berries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, alternatively custard powder

Utensils

  • pot
  • whisk
  • spoon
  • bowl
  • glass bowl

Instructions

  1. Mix red fruit jelly from raspberries or other berries, sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan, bring to a simmer and allow to cool.
  2. Remove the waffles from the chocolate kisses and set aside.
  3. Mix the chocolate kisses with Greek natural yoghurt and mascarpone, stir in sugar if necessary.
  4. Put the chocolate kiss cream in a dessert bowl.
  5. Spread the red fruit jelly on top and decorate with the chocolate kiss waffles. Done!
