Delicious chocolate kiss dessert with mascarpone and red fruit jelly
Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g Greek natural yoghurt
- 12 chocolate chips, small
- Sugar, to taste
- 250 g berries, raspberries or other berries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 80 ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, alternatively custard powder
Utensils

Instructions
- Mix red fruit jelly from raspberries or other berries, sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan, bring to a simmer and allow to cool.
- Remove the waffles from the chocolate kisses and set aside.
- Mix the chocolate kisses with Greek natural yoghurt and mascarpone, stir in sugar if necessary.
- Put the chocolate kiss cream in a dessert bowl.
- Spread the red fruit jelly on top and decorate with the chocolate kiss waffles. Done!
