Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 leeks
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Butter, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in butter until translucent.
  2. Add the leek and fry briefly.
  3. Deglaze the onion mixture with the broth.
  4. Add the processed cheese and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. The cheese leek soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the soup with bread or croutons.
