Ingredients

  • 1300 g new potatoes
  • 1 head of garlic
  • ¼ bunch of dill
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grease a casserole dish with a little oil.
  3. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  4. Cut into 2-4 parts, depending on their size.
  5. Peel the garlic and press through a press.
  6. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely.
  7. Mix the potatoes in a bowl with the garlic, dill, oil and melted butter as well as salt and pepper.
  8. Put in the casserole dish.
  9. Cook the new potatoes in the oven for approx. 40- Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  10. Remove from oven, arrange on a platter or flat plate.
  11. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with a fresh salad or as a side dish, if desired.
