Ingredients

  • 400-450 g potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Pepper powder, red, to taste
  • 50 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place the slices together, slightly overlapping.
  3. Pour the potato strips upright into the wells of the 6 muffin tins, creating pretty roses.
  4. Grush the potato roses with olive oil.
  5. With Season with salt, pepper and red paprika powder.
  6. Bake the potato roses in the oven at 220 degrees for approx. 35-40 minutes.
  7. Serve the potatoes with herb quark.

The potato roses can be wonderfully refined with cheese or bacon.
