Delicious baked potato roses with spices and olive oil
Ingredients
- 400-450 g potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Pepper powder, red, to taste
- 50 ml olive oil
Utensils
- vegetable slicer
- kitchen brush
- muffin tin
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
- Place the slices together, slightly overlapping.
- Pour the potato strips upright into the wells of the 6 muffin tins, creating pretty roses.
- Grush the potato roses with olive oil.
- With Season with salt, pepper and red paprika powder.
- Bake the potato roses in the oven at 220 degrees for approx. 35-40 minutes.
- Serve the potatoes with herb quark.
The potato roses can be wonderfully refined with cheese or bacon.
