Ingredients

  • 1 kg green asparagus
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 200 g grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. Heat a large pan and fry the asparagus pieces in it for 5-7 minutes, until cooked.
  4. Another pan Heat and melt butter.
  5. Add flour and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Grease a casserole dish.
