Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds, unroasted
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. Soak the washed almonds in plenty of cold water overnight.
  2. Drain the water and rinse the almonds.
  3. Put the almonds in a food processor.
  4. Pour in 400ml clean water and puree the mixture.
  5. Pour the milk through a Strain through the sieve and fill into glasses.
  6. Almond milk should not be stored for a long time, it loses its taste.

The almond paste left over from almond milk can be eaten with cottage cheese or used in baked goods such as for or cookies.
