Ingredients

Yeast dough

  • 115 g butter, + some for greasing
  • 480 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 625 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Filling

  • 170 g Butter, melted
  • 150-160 g brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Cream cheese cream

  • 110 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Prepare the yeast dough

  1. Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly until it is just lukewarm.
  2. Pour the warm milk into a large bowl.
  3. Add the butter and sugar and mix well.
  4. Pour the yeast over the Sprinkle milk, let stand for 1 minute.
  5. Add 500 g of flour and mix well.
