Ingredients

  • 1 banana, preferably very ripe
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml espresso
  • Vanilla extract, optional

Utensils

  • pot
  • mixing spoon
  • blender
  • coffeecups

Instructions

  1. Use a fork to puree the banana along with the sugar.
  2. Place in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour in half the milk slowly and heat for a few minutes.
  4. Cinnamon and to taste Add vanilla extract.
  5. Stir the banana mixture until smooth.
  6. Pour in the rest of the milk.
  7. Pour the hot coffee into two cups.
  8. Pour the banana milk through a sieve.
  9. Enjoy the banana coffee hot.
