Curb the worst cause of your body slowly losing its vitality

On the one hand, our body is very strong and can withstand a lot of stress.
It can endure overeating, break down, and withstand large amounts of nicotine for years. Even the most serious illnesses, like AIDS or cancer, usually take a while to kill a person. On the other hand, our body is very fragile. Just a few grams of a toxin, a collision with a car, an allergic reaction to a product or drug, and many other factors can kill a person in minutes, even seconds. And among all these factors is to be found the worst cause, which robs us of vitality on a daily basis. The worst part is that she cannot be stopped, nor can you defend herself or hide from her.

Every second our body is weakened more and more. Although our body needs small amounts of it to fight our body’s other “killers”, large amounts are harmful and very dangerous. What is it? We’re talking about free radicals.
Free radicals are very active molecules that have a vacant space for electrons and are eager to fill it by accepting an electron from the other molecules.
Once it has filled its vacant space, it becomes harmless, but since he has already done his “dirty” job. Eventually, a molecule that loses an electron also becomes a free radical and, like the previous one, begins to fill its need for the missing electron. A kind of domino effect results, whereby this process can last indefinitely.

In the body, free radicals cause a strong oxidative process. To understand what such an oxidation process can look like, you should look at how the iron rusts. That is, it is destroying your body from within. Our body always needs a small amount of free radicals, for example to deal with harmful microorganisms. On the one hand they are very bad for your body, on the other hand you need them to survive! The problem, however, is that their numbers are always far too high and have even increased significantly in recent decades.
To give you a better idea of why the amount of free radicals has increased so much recently, consider the following example.
Within the 5 minutes in which When we fill our cars with fuel, the amount of free radicals that our grandparents never had in their entire lives is created from the inhaled gasoline vapor. Not to mention the air of the big cities, which is literally saturated with these fumes. Free radicals are also formed when we breathe through the splitting of oxygen, enter the body with food, and so on. They’re everywhere, and you can’t hide from them! They don’t kill us instantly and quickly. But every day millions of these little killers work on our bodies and make us weaker. So what can you do about it, how can you protect yourself against it?

1. If possible, you should move to a less populated city.
As you have already learned from the test, people in cities with large populations live 2 to 5 years less. And the main reason for this is the fact that the concentration of free radicals in such cities is an order of magnitude higher. If you don’t have the option to move away, then you should try to get out into the great outdoors more often.
2. The main source of free radicals entering our body are heat treated foods.
We need to eat every day, multiple times a day. During heat treatment, destructive processes take place in food, which greatly increase the number of free radicals. If you want to slow down the aging process, then try to consume more plant-based products and avoid heating them. In general, make it a habit to eat all foods that can be eaten raw, raw eat.

3. Include foods that have antioxidant properties in your diet.
When you use products that have antioxidant properties, most free radicals are neutralized by the molecules of these products and not at the expense of your body’s cells. Among the herbs you will find this effect in sage, rosemary, chamomile and hawthorn, wild rose, yarrow, mugwort, green tea. Among the fruits, grapes, fennel, pomegranate, cherry, plum and almost all citrus fruits are particularly valuable. For berries, you should choose blueberries, cranberries, snowball berries, sea buckthorn, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Dried fruit such as dried apricots, raisins and prunes are also good for your body. Vegetables rich in antioxidants include potatoes, eggplant, parsley, peppers, red beans, spinach, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, beets, artichokes and black beans.
But also almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios , pecans and walnuts are among the good suppliers of antioxidants. As for the fish, it is worth paying attention to the richest source of vitamins of youth, vitamin E. You can find these in salmon, cod liver, zander, eel and squid. But even with the spices you can access the ground cinnamon, dried parsley, turmeric, oregano leaves and cloves to get a good portion of the antioxidants.

4. Start kicking bad habits like smoking.
Every cigarette you inhale means your body absorbs a million of the free radicals, which you also voluntarily inject into it.
5. Avoid excessive tanning.
The sun’s rays provoke the activity of free radicals.

6. Make sure your gut is working properly.
Beneficial gut bacteria (probiotics) break down biochemical substances that can be converted into free radicals. So if you realize that you have digestive problems, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. If you fulfill every single point in this list, then it will bring you at least one more year of your life. And if you follow them all together, it will add 5 to 10 years. That’s why you should already think today that the free radicals in your body are as low as possible.
