Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 paprika, yellow
  • 1 paprika, red
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • quark, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • parsley, to taste
  • garlic, to taste at will

Instructions

  1. Mix the natural yoghurt with a little quark.
  2. Stir in the garlic, if you like.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the parsley.
  4. Cut the cucumber and peppers into strips and place in glasses.
  5. Serve the vegetables together with the yoghurt dip.
