Cucumber and pepper snack with yoghurt dip
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 paprika, yellow
- 1 paprika, red
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- quark, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- parsley, to taste
- garlic, to taste at will
Utensils
- bowl
- spoon
- knife
- cutting board
- glasses
Instructions
- Mix the natural yoghurt with a little quark.
- Stir in the garlic, if you like.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the parsley.
- Cut the cucumber and peppers into strips and place in glasses.
- Serve the vegetables together with the yoghurt dip.
