Ingredients

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 80g corn
  • 150g sour cream
  • salt, to taste
  • 4-6 sprigs of parsley, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce.
  2. Dice the tomatoes.
  3. Drain the corn.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  5. Season with salt and sour cream.
  6. Top the salad with chopped parsley or leeks garnish and serve.
