Ingredients

  • 2 avocado
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 can corn, small can, approx. 165 g
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • spices, to taste
  • 1 -2 tablespoons olive oil

Utensils

  • knife
  • salad bowl
  • cutting board
  • citrus press
  • salad servers
  • sieve

Instructions

  1. Half the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into large pieces.
  2. Cut the celery stalks into small pieces.
  3. Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon.
  4. Mix the avocado and celery in a salad bowl.
  5. Drain the corn from the can and add to the bowl.
  6. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with olive oil.
  8. Mix the celery salad and leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
