Ingredients

  • 4-5 kiwifruit
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 70g flour
  • 100g brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 80g rolled oats
  • 100g butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix the fruit with the sugar in a bowl.
  4. Mix the flour, brown sugar, cardamom, salt and rolled oats.
  5. Dice the butter , crumble with the dry ingredients.
  6. Put the kiwifruit into four small ramekins.
  7. Cover the fruit with the crumbs.
  8. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the dessert is golden.
  9. Remove the crumble and then serve warm or slightly cooled.
