Crumble with oatmeal and kiwi
Ingredients
- 4-5 kiwifruit
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 70g flour
- 100g brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp salt
- 80g rolled oats
- 100g butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes.
- Mix the fruit with the sugar in a bowl.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, cardamom, salt and rolled oats.
- Dice the butter , crumble with the dry ingredients.
- Put the kiwifruit into four small ramekins.
- Cover the fruit with the crumbs.
- Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the dessert is golden.
- Remove the crumble and then serve warm or slightly cooled.
