Crumble cake with jam made from quark oil dough

Crumble cake with jam made from quark oil dough

Portions: 10 persons | Preparation time: 40 minutes

crumb cake tastes no worse from a quark-oil dough than from a yeast dough. The quark-oil dough is made faster than yeast dough and still tastes very light and moist. With crunchy crumbles and a layer of fruity jam, the cake invites you to a coffee party.
