Crumble cake with jam made from quark oil dough
Ingredients
Quark-oil dough
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 30 g oil
- 90 g sugar
- 90 g quark
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 1 /2 pack baking powder
Streusel
- 150 g flour
- 60 g butter, cold
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 110 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g strawberry jam
Utensils
- hand mixer with dough hook
- bowl
- baking pan
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and work into a smooth quark-oil dough.
- Press the dough open in a small baking tray with greased hands.
- Spread the dough base with jam.
- Mix all the crumble ingredients into crumbles.
- The crumbles on top Sprinkle the jam layer.
- Bake the crumble cake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy with coffee.
