Ingredients

Crumble dough

  • 75 g butter, in pieces
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 150 g flour

Filling

  • 400 g apples
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 75 g sugar
  • 20 g flaked almonds

Instructions

Prepare the crumble

  1. Place the butter, brown sugar and flour in the mixing bowl and stir into crumbles.
  2. Remove the crumble and set aside.

Prepare the filling

  1. Core the apples and cut into thin wedges.
  2. Place the apples in a casserole dish place.
  3. Spread the blueberries and raspberries on top.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and flaked almonds.
  5. Bake the crumble cake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the crumble cake on its own or with vanilla ice cream.
