Crostini with Brie

The Italian classic with spicy brie, which contrasts nicely with the fresh fruit and crunchy nuts. The crostini with brie, apples and walnuts can be served with a glass of wine.

  • 1 baguette
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 apple
  • 150 g brie
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 50 g walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Slice the baguette and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Cut the apple and brie into thin slices.
  5. Den Place the cheese and the apples on the baguette slices.
  6. Roast the baguette slices for 8 to 10 minutes until golden crostini.
  7. Drizzle honey over the crostini and top with the walnuts.

Brie can be substituted with another mild cheese such as white mold Camembert.
