Crispy wafer rolls with whipped cream
Ingredients
Dough
- 5 eggs
- 250 g margarine
- 6 tbsp flour, heaped tbsp
- 6 tbsp sugar, leveled tbsp
Cream
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk, cooked
Utensils

- tablespoon
- hand mixer
- cone waffle maker
- wooden spatula
- piping bag
Instructions
- Melt the margarine.
- Stir the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and add to the warm margarine.
- Now add the flour and work everything into a smooth dough.
- Heat up the electric waffle iron.
- Put in a tablespoon of batter , Cover and bake for about 2 minutes.
- After removing the hot waffles, immediately roll them into rolls.
- Whip the cold cream until firm.
- Mix the sweetened boiled condensed milk with the cream.
- Pour the cream into a piping bag.
- The Fill the cooled rolls with the cream and serve with the tea.
