The thin, crispy waffles are baked and rolled up in a croissant waffle iron. The cream of whipped cream with boiled and sweetened condensed milk forms the filling of the waffles.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g margarine
  • 6 tbsp flour, heaped tbsp
  • 6 tbsp sugar, leveled tbsp

Cream

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk, cooked

Utensils

  • bowl
  • tablespoon
  • hand mixer
  • cone waffle maker
  • wooden spatula
  • piping bag

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine.
  2. Stir the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and add to the warm margarine.
  3. Now add the flour and work everything into a smooth dough.
  4. Heat up the electric waffle iron.
  5. Put in a tablespoon of batter , Cover and bake for about 2 minutes.
  6. After removing the hot waffles, immediately roll them into rolls.
  7. Whip the cold cream until firm.
  8. Mix the sweetened boiled condensed milk with the cream.
  9. Pour the cream into a piping bag.
  10. The Fill the cooled rolls with the cream and serve with the tea.
