Crispy Nutella flower made from puff pastry
Ingredients
- 2 packs of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
- 8 tbsp Nutella
- icing sugar, for serving
Utensils
- Plate
- pizza roller
- spoon
- knife
- glass
- baking paper
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry.
- Use a plate to cut out 2 circles.
- Continue in the same way with the other puff pastry.
- Place one circle of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread with Nutella.
- Place the next circle of dough on top and spread this with Nutella as well.
- Do the same with the third circle of dough.
- Put the fourth circle on top and don’t spread any more.
- Place a small-diameter glass in the middle of the layers of puff pastry.
- From the glass, pour the layers into Cut cake pieces of the same size (approx. 16 pieces).
- Take two pieces of cake that are next to each other and screw them in twice on the inside.
- Continue in the same way with the remaining cut pieces of dough.
- Remove the glass and cook the Nutella flower at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes bake in the oven.
The Nutella flower can also be dusted with powdered sugar.
