Ingredients

  • 200-250 g pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 220 ml kefir
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 160-180 g flour
  • ⅔ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp citric acid
  • 2-3 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • grater
  • bowl
  • cutlery
  • pan

Instructions

  1. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
  2. Mix with egg and kefir in a bowl.
  3. Stir in salt and sugar.
  4. Add flour mixed with baking powder.
  5. Stir in citric acid.
  6. Oil in a pan Heat over medium heat.
  7. Use a tablespoon to add the batter in portions to the pan.
  8. Fry the pumpkin fritters for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
