Ingredients

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 150 g cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 aubergines
  • 1-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Utensils

  • pot
  • pan
  • grater
  • knife
  • spoon
  • turner
  • paper towels
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs, allow to cool and peel.
  2. Grate coarsely together with the cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Cut the aubergines lengthwise into thin strips.
  6. Fry in a pan in heated oil for a few minutes on each side.
  7. Drain the aubergines on paper towels and allow to cool slightly.
  8. Place the filling on each aubergine strip.
  9. Wrap the aubergines into rolls.
  10. Chill the aubergines in rolls Serve appetizer.
