Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 50 g pumpkin, cooked
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, approx. 70 g

Instructions

  1. Cut the orange in half.
  2. Squeeze out the juice.
  3. Peel the banana and cut into slices.
  4. Cut the pumpkin into pieces.
  5. Pure all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  6. Pumpkin smoothie in glasses fill and serve.
