Creamy chocolate cake with butter, milk and cocoa
Ingredients
Cream
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 200 g butter
Dough
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Prepare the cream
- Mix 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 egg with 1 cup milk.
- Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Let cool and add 200g softened butter.
- Mix everything into a smooth cream.
Prepare the dough
- Wheat flour, 3 tbsp cocoa, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 100 g butter, 1 egg and baking powder and stir into a smooth dough.
- Grip the baking tin with oil and sprinkle with the Fill the dough, then bake for approx. 30 minutes.
- Let the pastry base cool down and cut in half horizontally 2 or 3 times.
- Put the cream on each base, smooth it out and also coat the edge with cream.
- The surface of the chocolate cake can be coated with glaze, couverture or ganache according to taste.
