Ingredients

  • 5 scoops of beetroot
  • 150 ml condensed milk, 10% fat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper, to taste
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • parsley, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • pot
  • cutting board
  • hand blender

Instructions

  • Boil the beetroot until soft or buy it already cooked.
  • Peel the beetroot and cut into slices. Set aside to serve.
  • Dice the onion and fry in the oil until golden brown.
  • Boil the condensed milk and remove from the heat.
  • Add the beets and onions, pour in the soy sauce and puree with an immersion blender.
  • Slice the remaining beets.
  • Chop the parsley finely.
  • Dice the feta and add to the soup when serving along with the beetroot slices and chopped parsley.
