Crab salad with tomatoes

The crab meat and tomatoes complement each other perfectly in this salad. The cheese makes the crab salad more flavorful and the garlic gives it a savory and aromatic flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 100 g hard cheese, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • mayonnaise, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut into chunks.
  2. Scoop out the flesh from the tomatoes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces as well.
  5. Press the garlic through a press or chop finely with a knife.
  6. Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.
  7. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  8. Let the shrimp salad sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
