Ingredients

  • 75 g couscous
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 paprika, red or yellow
  • parsley, to taste
  • chives, optional to taste
  • olives, optional to taste
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • bowl
  • spoon
  • knife
  • cutting board

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water over the couscous and leave to swell for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the cucumbers and peppers into small pieces.
  3. Half the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Chop the parsley into small pieces.
  5. Mix the vegetables with the couscous.
  6. With rapeseed oil, vinegar , salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle the couscous salad with chopped parsley and serve.
