Ingredients

  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt, to taste

Utensils

  • Hand mixer
  • Beaker
  • Bowl
  • Baking pan

Instructions

  1. Separate the yolk from the egg white.
  2. Beat the egg white until stiff.
  3. Carefully mix the yolk with the cottage cheese and sugar.
  4. Fold in the raisins, salt, cinnamon and egg whites.
  5. Place the dough in a greased tin and sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake the casserole in the oven at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
