Corn salad with Korean carrots, eggs and smoked sausage
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 200g sausage, smoked
- dill, to taste
- 200-250g corn, canned
- 200-250g Korean carrots
- mayonnaise, to taste
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
- bowl
- saladspoon
Instructions
- Dice hard-boiled eggs.
- Chop the sausage into strips.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Drain the corn well.
- Add the carrots, corn, and mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients.
- Stir the corn salad well and serve chilled.
