Cookies dessert with yoghurt cream, bananas and grapes
Ingredients
- 150g cookies, dark chocolate
- 500g yogurt
- vanilla flavoring, optional
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 200g whipping cream, cold
- sugar, to taste
- 2 bananas
- 50g grapes

- Food Processor
- Bowl
- Mixing beaker
- Spatula

- Dessert bowl
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the cookies in a food processor.
- Finely puree the yoghurt with 1 banana, vanilla flavoring, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Whip the cold whipped cream until stiff.
- Pour the cream into the yoghurt cream.
- Sweeten with sugar to taste.
- Slice the remaining banana.
- Layer the dessert: Arrange the banana slices around the edges of the dessert bowl.
- Cover the bottom of the bowl with cookies, leaving some for topping.
- Scatter the grapes on top, if desired, some Leave for garnish.
- Layer the yoghurt cream on top.
- Top the dessert with grapes and banana slices.
- Sprinkle with cookies and the dessert is ready and can be served immediately.
Because of the sweet cookies, biscuits, bananas and grapes, no sugar gets into the cream. If desired, the dessert can of course also be sweetened.
