Coleslaw with carrots

Portions: 6 persons | Preparation time: 30 minutes

The coleslaw is very popular and always goes down well. The crunchy pointed cabbage and carrots harmonize wonderfully with juicy cucumber and sweet apple. The matching vinegar oil dressing rounds off the salad perfectly.
