Coleslaw with carrots, apple and vinegar oil dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 pointed cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp vinegar 3%
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils

- cutting board
- bowl

Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into fine strips and place in a salad bowl.
- Grave the apple, carrot and cucumber finely and add to the cabbage.
- For this: Mix the vinegar with the sugar and oil, season with salt and pepper and the Mix the salad dressing with the white cabbage.
- Let the coleslaw soak briefly and serve as an Easter salad or with the grill.
