Cold wraps Rolls with cheese

Thin flat cakes, a tender filling and a few minutes and the delicious snack is ready. With eggs, cheese and carrots, this unusual filling gives the rolls a wonderful taste.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 sheet of lavash, thin

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, rinse in cold water and peel.
  2. Boil the carrots, unpeeled, in a saucepan for approx. 12-15 minutes, allow to cool and peel.
  3. Grate the cheese, carrots and eggs coarsely.
  4. Peel the garlic and mash with a Squeeze the garlic press.
  5. Mix the whole thing together in a bowl with the mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
