This sweet and sour fruit dessert is a great refreshment on hot summer days. You only need two ingredients to make kiwi sorbet: kiwi and honey.

Ingredients

  • 450 g kiwifruit
  • 80-90 g honey, alternatively other sweeteners

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. In a blender, beat the frozen fruit and honey until smooth.
  4. Pour the puree into a small mold and flatten.
  5. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  6. The sorbet should freeze but still remain slightly soft.
  7. If the sorbet is left in the freezer overnight, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving be left standing.
