Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 300g chicken fillet
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 300g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp flour
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 10 -15 tartlets
  • 100 g cheese

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • frying pan
  • baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry the onions until translucent.
  5. Add the meat and continue to fry, stirring occasionally, until light.
  6. In Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms.
  7. Add to the same pan and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
  8. Add the flour and stir.
  9. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  10. Pour in the cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
  11. Remove the pan from the heat.
  12. Fill the tartelettes with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  13. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for approx. 5 – 7 minutes at 180 °C.
  14. Julienne in tartelettes take and serve hot.
