Classic julienne in tartlets with chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 300g chicken fillet
- 3 tbsp oil
- 300g mushrooms
- 1 tsp flour
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 100ml heavy cream
- 10 -15 tartlets
- 100 g cheese
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
- frying pan
- baking sheet
Instructions
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the onions until translucent.
- Add the meat and continue to fry, stirring occasionally, until light.
- In Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms.
- Add to the same pan and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the flour and stir.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour in the cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Fill the tartelettes with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for approx. 5 – 7 minutes at 180 °C.
- Julienne in tartelettes take and serve hot.
