Christmas tree pancakes with chocolate
Ingredients
Dough
- 2 eggs
- 300ml milk
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 250ml water, boiling hot
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- pinch salt
- 250g wheat flour
Topping
- Jam, to taste
- Chocolate, to taste
- Honey, to taste
- Yogurt, to taste
Utensils
- Bowl
- Hand mixer
- Heatproof bowl
- Sauté pan
- Spatula
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil and sour cream.
- Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water and pour into the egg mixture.
- Add the sugar and salt and mix thoroughly again.
- Mix in the flour in batches.
- Fry the pancakes on both sides in a greased pan.
- Fold the pancakes into a Christmas tree shape and serve with chocolate or jam as desired.
