Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuits, speculoos spice
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest, grated
  • 250 g cherry compote
  • 10 g pistachios, chopped
  • 10 g grated chocolate

Utensils

  • food processor
  • hand mixer
  • dessert glasses

Instructions

  1. Crumble the spiced speculoos in a food processor.
  2. Beat the cold whipped cream until stiff.
  3. Mix the cream quark with the vanilla sugar, sugar and orange zest.
  4. Pour the cream into the quark mixture.
  5. Distribute the spiced speculoos on the bottom of the dessert glasses.
  6. Layer the cherry groats on top.
  7. Put the cream quark on top.
  8. Refrigerate the Christmas dessert for 30 minutes.
  9. Before serving, garnish the Christmas dessert with chopped pistachios and grated chocolate.
