Chocolate porridge with cocoa, nuts and oat milk
Ingredients
- 70 g rolled oats, fine
- 25 g cocoa, without sugar
- 550 ml oat milk, or other plant-based milk
- 80 ml maple syrup
- nuts, to taste, optional
- berries, to taste, optional
Utensils
- Blender
- Casserole
- Glasses
Instructions
- In a stand mixer on high, combine the rolled oats, cocoa, milk and maple syrup.
- Place in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the porridge from the heat and let it sit at room temperature allow to cool.
- Pour the porridge into glasses.
- Place in the fridge for one to two hours.
- Serve with berries and nuts to taste and enjoy.
