Ingredients

  • 70 g rolled oats, fine
  • 25 g cocoa, without sugar
  • 550 ml oat milk, or other plant-based milk
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • nuts, to taste, optional
  • berries, to taste, optional

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Casserole
  • Glasses

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer on high, combine the rolled oats, cocoa, milk and maple syrup.
  2. Place in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the porridge from the heat and let it sit at room temperature allow to cool.
  5. Pour the porridge into glasses.
  6. Place in the fridge for one to two hours.
  7. Serve with berries and nuts to taste and enjoy.
