Chocolate dessert with avocado and coconut milk
Ingredients
- 3 avocado
- vanilla pulp, a vanilla pod
- 6 tbsp coconut milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, e.g. baking cocoa
- 3 tbsp honey
Utensils
- mixing bowl
- blender
- spoon
- glasses
Instructions
- Have the avocados and scoop them out.
- Put the avocado flesh in a bowl with the coconut milk, cocoa, honey and vanilla pulp.
- Mix everything with a hand blender until creamy.
- Pour the chocolate pudding into glasses.
- Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
- Chill the chocolate pudding with avocado in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Agave syrup or ripe banana can be used to sweeten the chocolate dessert. If you like it a little nutty, feel free to stir in roasted nuts. The coconut milk can be replaced with almond milk, soy milk or cow’s milk!
