Ingredients

  • 300g butter, softened
  • 280g sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 70ml milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 370g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 packet Chocolate coating, dark
  • Sugar sprinkles, optional

Utensils

  • Hand mixer
  • Bowl
  • Gugelhupfform
  • Spoon
  • Kitchen brush

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until creamy.
  2. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder and flour, as well as the cocoa powder and milk.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Gugelhupf tin.
  5. Add the chocolate cake Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 50 minutes.
  6. Decorate the cooled chocolate cake with chocolate couverture and sugar sprinkles.

Bundt cake can be decorated as you like – whether with chocolate sprinkles, powdered sugar or icing! Grease and flour the Bundt cake mold before baking so that the Bundt cake comes out of the mold better
