Chicory with beetroot and feta
Ingredients
- 80 g beetroot, sliced
- 1 chicory, washed
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Black pepper, to taste
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 handful of seed mix
Utensils

Instructions
- Cut the beetroot slices into small pieces.
- Arrange the chicory leaves on a plate.
- Mix the walnut oil, lemon juice and pepper well in a small bowl.
- Top the chicory with crumbled feta and pieces of beetroot.
- Sprinkle with the seed mix and serve.
