Ingredients

  • 80 g beetroot, sliced
  • 1 chicory, washed
  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 handful of seed mix

Utensils

  • knife
  • plate
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Cut the beetroot slices into small pieces.
  2. Arrange the chicory leaves on a plate.
  3. Mix the walnut oil, lemon juice and pepper well in a small bowl.
  4. Top the chicory with crumbled feta and pieces of beetroot.
  5. Sprinkle with the seed mix and serve.
