Ingredients

  • 300 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 kiwi
  • raspberries, or blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Utensils

  • spoon
  • bowl
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Mix natural yoghurt with chia and honey, leave to soak in the fridge.
  2. Garnish the chia pudding with kiwi slices and berries.
  3. Sweeten with honey and enjoy.
