Chia pudding with raspberries, blueberries and kiwi

Chia pudding with yoghurt is an alternative to the usual sweetened store-bought pudding. The preparation is super quick, so that you can prepare the pudding well in advance. Mix the yoghurt and chia seeds together and leave to soak in the fridge for a while. Then enjoy with fresh fruit and berries for breakfast or dessert.

- 300 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi
- raspberries, or blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- Mix natural yoghurt with chia and honey, leave to soak in the fridge.
- Garnish the chia pudding with kiwi slices and berries.
- Sweeten with honey and enjoy.
